Planned Preventative Maintenance
Maintenance programmes designed around the requirements of individual sites and equipment.
A maintenance programme should fit the plant and the way the site runs, not a generic template. We build PPM around the equipment on site, its duty, its age and the production pattern around it.
That usually means agreeing visit frequency and scope, planning work into shutdown windows, and keeping a record that stands up when someone asks what has been done.
How a programme is put together
We start with a look at the plant and what you already have in place, then set out visit frequency, scope per visit, and the items that need separate attention such as safety valve work or inspection preparation.
Working with your team
Programmes are written so that site engineers and facilities teams can see exactly what is covered and when, and so that reactive work sits alongside it without confusion.
